We are currently seeking a specialist in occupational safety (m/f/d) for our branch in Southern Bavaria/Baden-Württemberg.

Your responsibilities
You will work closely with the occupational safety department of the group and the responsible parties in the region
You will be the point of contact for all questions regarding occupational safety, health protection, and all aspects of structural, technical, and organizational fire protection
You will regularly advise and support our managers and employees on site regarding occupational safety
You will plan and conduct workshops and trainings, and derive behavior-based measures for occupational safety and health protection
You will develop prevention and corrective measures based on Veolia's strategic goals in the areas of occupational safety and accident prevention, and implement them
You will collaborate with the works councils and company doctors responsible for Veolia's locations in the Southern region
You will conduct audits focusing on identifying and rectifying deficiencies in fire and occupational safety
You will record and analyze both work accidents and fire incidents
What you bring
You have a degree in natural or engineering sciences, or are a certified technician or master with additional qualifications
You are a certified specialist in occupational safety, and preferably also a fire safety officer
You have a strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, and a confident demeanor
You enjoy conceptual work and turning ideas into solutions
You have good knowledge of relevant norms and guidelines in the field of occupational safety, ideally
