Job description:

Duties entail day-to-day project management planning across multiple company engagements through constant contact, in person and electronically, with key office and mobile workforce, customers, and end-users.

Must possess general knowledge of construction standards, processes, and tools to effectively facilitate jobs through lifecycle. Supervise and direct installers in a safe but effective manner to strategically meet objectives, milestones, and financial goals. Respond to escalated issues and assist with coordinating solutions.


Experience:
Minimum of one to three years or a proven track record for results


Education:
Minimum of associate's degree or practical experience equivalent


Key responsibilities:

Supervise multiple projects simultaneously.

Keep open and clear communication with office, labor force, clients, and end-users.

Process and manage paperwork when required.

Assist in tracking project receivables.

Meet deadlines.

Oversee job status.

Troubleshoot potential issues.

Supervise man hours.


Essential abilities/skills/qualifications:

Fluent in English

Excellent verbal and written skills

Strong computer literacy

Pay:
$40, $52,000.00 per year
