Recruiter (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities:


  • Independent planning and execution of recruiting processes for various positions within the company
  • Identification and approach of suitable candidates through various channels, including social media
  • Creation and publication of job advertisements on different platforms
  • Development of personnel marketing strategies and employer branding measures, especially in the online and social media marketing sector
  • Support of the onboarding process for new employees and assistance with their integration until the end of the probationary period
  • Collaboration with the HR team and departments in filling open positions
  • Active participation in shaping HR processes and strategies within the company

Your profile:


  • Completed training or degree in human resources or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in recruiting, especially in the online and social media recruiting sector, is desirable
  • Knowledge in personnel marketing and employer branding, particularly in online and social media marketing
  • Experience in approaching candidates
