This position is centered at our Lakeville, MA facility and involves trimming high-end indoor flower and packaging various manufactured cannabis products.

The job focus on working both manually and with machines as most processes are automated to some degree.


Job Summary
The Trim Technician/Packaging Technician is responsible for manicuring, weighing, labeling and packaging all cannabis products.

At least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.


Job Duties

Responsibilities:
The Trim Technician/Packaging Technician works with various machines and responsibilities include:

• Removing Cannabis Flower from dried branch in preparation for trim.
• Weigh and inspect cannabis flower to ensure quality control.
• Trimming of cannabis flower using large scale trim machines and hand trim techniques.
• Compiling and logging data
• Ensuring daily production goals are met.
• Operating trim machines and various packaging machines
• Accurately and precisely weighing manufactured products
• Operating a machine to packaging prerolls and vape cartridges
• Maintaining a clean work environment

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Working conditions

• The person in this position may be exposed to dust, kief, cleaning chemicals and fumes. Although systems are in place to remove these byproducts, there is still exposure to some degree.
• The person in this position is exposed to moderate background noise due to environmental systems, equipment and fans.

Physical requirements

• Prolonged sitting, standing and / or walking motion/movement will be required throughout the shift.
• Constant movement of hands/fingers and limbs; this position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Manufacturing: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

• Lakeville, MA preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Lakeville, MA 02347: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
