The city of Palominas, AZ is currently seeking a:
Employee (m/f/d) for the city archive
Compensation: Pay grade 3 according to TVöD
Working hours: Full-time or part-time
Vacation: 30 days of vacation entitlement for a 5-day work week
Your main tasks:
- Assisting with the organization and processing of file inventory
- Preparing inventory for evaluation
- Processing files
- Maintaining and securing inventory
- Creating lists and finding aids
- Maintaining and rearranging storage areas
- Sorting and filing documents
Requirements:
- Experience in archive and administrative work
- Knowledge of archival documentation
- Good computer skills for organizing and managing archive material
- Knowledge of archival software is desirable
- Team spirit and solutionoriented work approach
- High level of social competence and communication skills
- Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle stress
- Personal commitment and flexibility
- Organizational skills
