Your responsibilities:


  • You will have the main responsibility for our fruit and vegetable department and will also be in charge of the overall design of the department
  • You will lead and train your team and plan the staff schedule
  • You will work precisely according to the HACCP manual and follow all applicable procedures and instructions
  • You will have a keen eye for cost and revenue development, as well as regular inventories, and will ensure a smooth flow of goods
  • You will have a knack for creating an attractive product presentation and know how to impress customers

Your profile:


  • You have completed a vocational training
  • You also have professional experience in the fresh food counter or in the food service industry
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and are a team player
  • You have a great enthusiasm for interacting with customers in direct sales conversations
  • You have some experience in personnel management
