  • Completed education in the field of marketing or comparable education
  • Preferably with a focus and/or professional experience in recruiting or personnel marketing
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Knowledge in applicant management
  • Knowledge in the field of ad creation, layout, and design
  • Good communication skills, creativity, and commitment
  • Specifically:
  • Creation of (print and online) target groupspecific ads, texts, as well as image and video material
  • Selection of suitable media and channels both offline and online in the field of care
  • Contribution of new acquisition and recruiting ideas and opportunities
  • Booking, documentation, controlling, and success monitoring of selected measures
  • Planning and implementation of suitable employer branding and marketing measures to attract new employees
