Description
Als Service engineer, is je verantwoordelijkheid om de installatie van nieuwe Aweta machine & productielijnen te realiseren. Je bent de spil in een team van Aweta monteurs, lokale contractors, de projectmanager en de klant en zorgt ervoor dat de nieuwe machines worden opgebouwd en inbedrijf gesteld.
Jouw werk bestaat uit:
Opbouwen van nieuwe machines / complete logistieke lijnen bij Aweta klanten. Werkzaamheden zullen zowel mechanisch als elektrisch zijn. Meestal werk je met één of meerdere collega's, vaak ook zullen lokale contractors ondersteunen bij de werkzaamheden.
Opstarten van nieuwe machines. Na de zogenaamde IO test zal machine moeten worden opgestart en zul je zorgdragen dat sorteerprogramma's gemaakt worden waar de eindklant mee kan produceren.
Training geven aan klanten. Je zult de operators en het technische team van de klant uitleg geven over machine, hoe deze correct te bedienen en onderhouden.
Je rapporteert regelmatig over de voortgang van je werkzaamheden aan de projectcoördinator en projectmanager. Samen zoeken jullie oplossingen voor issues die ontstaan.
Na afloop van een klus rapporteer je over uitvoering en geef je terugkoppeling aan de interne afdelingen (montage en engineering) over mogelijke verbeteringen en aandachtspunten.

Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting Mechanische Engineering of Electrotechniek.
Je bent in staat om op effectieve wijze, prioriteiten te bepalen. Je overziet de klus die je moet uitvoeren, zowel technisch inhoudelijk als planmatig en houdt continue in de gaten of uitvoering zoals die vooraf is gepland wordt gerealiseerd.
Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
