Responsibilities

What to expect

In addition to expanding our cross-industry consulting mandates and client relationships, you will also:

  • Manage and develop a customer portfolio with UNITY consulting and services
  • Advise top management and Clevel executives on futureoriented issues
  • Implement your strategies for sustainable customer development together with the team
  • Actively contribute ideas and inspire our clients at events, customer events, and other opportunities
  • Actively use your network to further develop UNITY
  • Position yourself as a thought leader on social media with our support
  • Develop the Berlin location with the local leadership team
Qualifications

What you bring

In addition to your experience in developing long-term, complex customer relationships, you also have creativity in approaching the market for consulting services, and also:

  • Several years of project management and key account experience in management consulting, ideally at the C-level, as well as leadership experience
  • Proven expertise in the industries and business models of UNITY's clients
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships (German C1, English B2 and higher)
  • Very well completed studies with a business, engineering, or (IT) technical focus
  • Demonstrable network (e.g. on LinkedIn) in the Berlin industry, startup
