What this job involves


Your day to day:

Work Order System Management**:
Ensure data integrity within the CMMS, including asset information, work orders,
Train maintenance staff on CMMS usage and best practices.
Support management in the review of WO Data accuracy PM WOs, WO type, closing WOs and WO Comments
Support management with data to implement corrective actions or child work orders
Defining Scheduled due dates or initial meter points of system generated WOs
Coach and educate staff on the Corrigo functions and best practices for performing tasks. Serves as Corrigo support for the facilities team


Maintenance Coordination:

Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule and prioritize work orders.
Streamline communication channels between suppliers, operations, and finance departments.
Implement preventive maintenance schedules and monitor compliance.


Financial Planning and Budgeting:

Collaborate with finance teams to develop and manage maintenance budgets.
Monitor and analyze maintenance expenditures, providing regular reports and variance analysis.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies for efficient resource allocation.


Asset Management:

Maintain accurate records of assets, including lifecycle costs and depreciation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the financial impact of asset replacements and upgrades.


Vendor Management:

Evaluate vendor contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate contracts with maintenance service providers and suppliers.


Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities for process improvement within maintenance operations.
Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance processes.

Experience and technical skills Required
High School Diploma or equivalent diploma
Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office (Including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to work flexible schedule.
In-depth knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Corrigo)
Strong financial analysis skills, including budgeting and variance analysis.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.

Experience and technical skills Preferred
3-5 years of experience working with Corrigo software and an understanding of standard work process.
3-5 years of experience using Word, Excel, and Power Point, etc.
3+ years of experience planning, scheduling, and auditing overall facilities/maintenance activities.
User training experience is desired.
Must be self-driven, organized and be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
