About us:

At the Rheindorfer Straße daycare center in Langenfeld, approximately 90 children between the ages of three months and six years are cared for.

The entire facility is designed according to the open pedagogy approach and offers children various spaces for experiences and learning.

Our focus areas include specialization in children under three years old, integrated language promotion in everyday life, movement, as well as learning and research.

As a learning companion, you will support and encourage the children in their personal development and involve them in diverse activities through participation.

You will also convey pedagogically valuable content and important social skills. Your responsibilities will also include documenting your applied measures and planning and conducting parent evenings. We are looking for someone with a completed pedagogical education (e.g. as a state-recognized educator), a social pedagogical degree (e.g. in childhood education), or a comparable qualification.

We seek an enthusiastic individual with motivation, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards the goals of the Workers' Welfare Association.
