Job description
Shopify Product Listing Optimization & Variant Splitting (Swedish SEO Required)We are looking for an experienced Shopify expert with strong SEO skills to help optimize our product catalog.
Scope of Work
- Split all existing product listings into individual listings per variant
- Each product variant (size, color, model, etc.) should become its own standalone product listing.
- Ensure proper structure, clean URLs, and no duplication issues.
- Maintain correct product data (pricing, SKU, inventory, etc.).
- Make all listings SEO-friendly
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, meta titles, and meta descriptions.
- Implement proper keyword structure and internal linking where relevant.
- Ensure SEO best practices are followed (schema, headings, alt texts, etc.).
- Avoid duplicate content penalties after splitting variants.
- Swedish as the Base Language
- All product listings must be written in Swedish.
- Product titles and descriptions should be natural, persuasive, and optimized for Swedish search intent.
- Fluent or native-level Swedish is required.
- Proven experience with Shopify product management
- Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO
- Experience handling variant splitting without harming rankings
- Fluent Swedish (writing level)
- Attention to detail and structured workflow
- Fully separated product listings (one per variant)
- SEO-optimized Swedish titles and descriptions
- Optimized meta data for each product
- Clean and consistent product structure
