Summary:
AT3 Staffing is engaged in a search for an industry leading manufacturer in Troy, OH in search of a Production Manager. This exciting opportunity will oversee operations at a key plant, representing one of the organization's largest investments and areas of growth. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, The Production Manager will lead the 1st shift production team and be responsible for the off-shift Production Supervisor.
The primary responsibility of this role is managing the day-to-day facility operations including but not limited to, scheduling production, project management, talent development, implementing manufacturing best practices, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future and supporting the growth of the Plant.
