If so, we're hiring a Production Department Manager 3rdshift at Pella Corporation in Troy, OH to drive continuous improvement and provide training, guidance, and support for our team.
Compensation:

In this job you will:
(Role and Responsibilities)
Directly manage 30 – 35 hourly employees
3rd shift: Monday through Thursday 8pm-6:30am. Friday 8pm-4:30am
Responsible for your department's safety, quality, and productivity
Maintain budget for labor efficiencies in department
Champion continuous improvement in the department (Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing)
Reward and follow corrective action guidelines as needed with employees
Interview, hire, train, and develop employee
The ideal production department manager will meet the following qualifications :
Associate's/Bachelor's degree or two to five years of relevant experience
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Strong team player
Enthusiasm and the ability to motivate others
Very organized
Experience in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement a plus
