    Install, add-on, and replace HVAC systems in residential homes
    Great Attitude with a Dedication to Quality Work
    Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
    Adaptable, flexible, and innovative team player
    1+ Years of HVAC experience, preferably in the residential market

    This is a physically demanding job which requires the HVAC Lead Install Technician to perform work in environments which will include exposure to heat, cold, dust, small and tight spaces, requiring climbing ladders to access, lifting, climbing, crawling, kneeling etc.
