You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and company regulations
You will maintain complete time management in SAP HCM
You will work with colleagues and our IT department to continuously improve HR processes and the SAP system, contributing to the digitalization of payroll processing
You will be actively involved in important system tests in SAP HCM, such as system adjustments, customizing, and support package implementation
You will be the point of contact for social security agencies, authorities, health insurance companies, and electronic data exchange
You will advise and support our managers and employees in all matters related to payroll, company social benefits, and retirement planning
You will create personnel-related certificates, standard reports, ad-hoc evaluations, and statistics, and participate in year-end activities and company audits

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a payroll specialist or a comparable qualification
You have relevant professional experience in payroll processing and sound knowledge of tax, labor, and social security law
You have a proficient understanding of SAP HCM and a special interest in learning and developing into a key user
You ideally have knowledge of SAP OM
You demonstrate a strong service orientation and team
