What can you expect?

  • You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with legal and company regulations
  • You will maintain complete time management in SAP HCM
  • You will work with colleagues and our IT department to continuously improve HR processes and the SAP system, contributing to the digitalization of payroll processing
  • You will be actively involved in important system tests in SAP HCM, such as system adjustments, customizing, and support package implementation
  • You will be the point of contact for social security agencies, authorities, health insurance companies, and electronic data exchange
  • You will advise and support our managers and employees in all matters related to payroll, company social benefits, and retirement planning
  • You will create personnel-related certificates, standard reports, ad-hoc evaluations, and statistics, and participate in year-end activities and company audits

What should you bring?

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship with further training as a payroll specialist or a comparable qualification
  • You have relevant professional experience in payroll processing and sound knowledge of tax, labor, and social security law
  • You have a proficient understanding of SAP HCM and a special interest in learning and developing into a key user
  • You ideally have knowledge of SAP OM
  • You demonstrate a strong service orientation and team
