Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service
- Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Work closely with clients to plan and execute events according to their specifications
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Skills:
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry
- Knowledge of bartending, culinary practices, and food preparation
- Strong interviewing and hiring skills
- Familiarity with catering services and event planning
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
