Description

We are looking for a motivated and driven person with good personality capable of multitasking in a growing company with great upward mobility for the position of an Assistant Office manager.


Responsibilities includes:

  • Accounts payables
  • Accounts Receivables
  • Creating schedules for deliveries
  • Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Proficiency in MS Office (emphasis on Excel spread sheets)
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Dispatching and coordinating all backhauls for the trucking side of the business
  • Creating Bill of Lading
  • Quality Control (Lab activities)
  • Customer service (Primarily over the phone)
  • Pay range based on skill set and experience
  • Entire job can and will be taught

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
