Description
We are looking for a motivated and driven person with good personality capable of multitasking in a growing company with great upward mobility for the position of an Assistant Office manager.
Responsibilities includes:
- Accounts payables
- Accounts Receivables
- Creating schedules for deliveries
- Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
- Proficiency in MS Office (emphasis on Excel spread sheets)
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Dispatching and coordinating all backhauls for the trucking side of the business
- Creating Bill of Lading
- Quality Control (Lab activities)
- Customer service (Primarily over the phone)
- Pay range based on skill set and experience
- Entire job can and will be taught
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
