With over 2500 employees and around 400 clients in need of intensive care in their homes, we, the BIPGruppe, are a nationwide intensive care nursing service that has been successfully established in the market for over 15 years.

We, the bipG On-Site team, are currently looking for a full-time employee (m/f/d) to support our team in hourly control, specifically in absence and working time management.

Administration of employees' attendance and absence times
Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of all processes relevant to working hours for employees according to cost centers
Collaboration in the monthly closing process in cooperation with the accounting department
Management of the duty roster program
Evaluation and maintenance of master data
