Responsibilities

Assist Digital Forensic Expert in scheduling, answering calls, billing and project management

Manage client relationships and collection projects from inception to completion

Work with and coordinate additional personnel to assist, as needed, throughout project lifespans

Manage collected evidence documentation and chain-of-custody

Maintain highly detailed project-related notes and documentation

Generate project pricing and enter project-related monthly billing

Manage and track electronic evidence

After extensive training, perform data collections in the field nationwide as needed.

Travel by car and plane can be an estimated at 20-30% of the workweek depending on time of year.

Most jobs are scheduled, but in emergency on call is required

Ship evidence to and from other labs and to clients

This position is not promotable to a Digital Forensic Expert and does not require testimony or court appearance.

Must have advanced knowledge of servers, workstations and mobile phones.

Prior work in Activity Directory and repair and troubleshooting of network devices

Must be able to pass background and drug testing.


Pay:
$45, $55,000.00 per year
