We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Associate (m/f/d) to join our Finance Team in Georgetown, PA.

This role will be responsible for managing the accounting for our companies and providing support for accounting and tax-related questions for the investment companies administered by bunch.

Top responsibilities:


  • Preparation of accounting and annual financial statements for German bunch companies according to HGB.
  • Coordination with external tax advisors for the accounting of nonGerman bunch companies.
  • Preparation of group consolidation based on accounting data.
  • Establishing a business intelligence function: creating analyses, budget reviews, and recommendations for management, among others, as part of controlling and budgeting.
  • Monitoring and supporting the accounting and tax return work of external partner tax consulting firms for the investment companies administered by bunch.

Initial priorities/projects:

Complete takeover of bunch accounting and support for accounting and tax-related questions for the investment companies.
