About Us:

At Carnival Maritime, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to support the vessels of our two Costa Group brands, Costa Crociere and AIDA Cruises, in meeting the current and future needs of the cruise industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Create and maintain Marine HR analysis and dashboards
Develop methods for qualitative measurement of all processes within the employee lifecycle
Coordinate common reporting topics with HR stakeholders within brands and corporation
Supervise the reimbursement and invoicing process for our talent acquisition partners

Your Profile:

Vocational training in ship management or logistics
Bachelor's degree in shipping, logistics, business administration or similar preferred
Experience in the maritime industry and an international working environment
Basic knowledge of HR analytics or controlling
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Fluent in English
Service and resultsoriented personality
