ACCOUNTING

• Perform data entry: invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records
• Assist with the processing of account payables & receivables
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents
• Research, track and document problems and discrepancies

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable entry
• Proficiency in accounting software: QuickBooks
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, double entry bookkeeping, and GAAP
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
