JUSTICE FOR WORKERS, P.C. is a growing Plaintiff-side law firm. We specialize in employment law and workers' compensation. We are seeking an
entry-level legal assistant. This is an in-person position at our OC branch located on in the city of Westminster.

We also have an office in Los Angeles Please let us know if you prefer to work in the Los Angeles office.

The hourly rate for this position is
$21-$26/hr + discretionary bonus.


What we need from you:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker;

Recent (<3 years) college grad with a GPA of 3.5+;

  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe;
  • Strong grammar and communication skills;
  • Must be dedicated and punctual; and
  • Reliable transportation (parking will be provided);

Responsibilities:


  • Greeting visitors and answering visitors' inquiries;
  • Answering and routing incoming calls on a multiline telephone system;
  • Performing initial client intakes;
  • Contacting and following up with prospective clients;
  • Updating the firm's CRM platform;
  • Sending Attorney-Client agreements;
  • Acting as a liaison between Spanishspeaking clients and attorneys;
  • Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents;
  • Collecting and routing mail;
  • Maintaining the conference rooms, waiting area, lobby or other public areas;
  • Managing office inventory;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
