Our resource management team in ZRH is responsible for developing resource demand plans (staff and equipment), creating effective schedules, and analyzing business metrics.

We are looking for a team player with analytical skills, a "can-do" attitude, and a willingness to continuously improve.

In this role, you will influence management decisions through optimization methods, analysis, and planning scenarios to serve our airline customers in innovative and cost-effective ways.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Performing all tasks related to personnel and equipment management (demand planning, schedules, assignments, forecasts), including project work and analytical support for budgeting.
  • Developing, analyzing, and maintaining medium-term resource plans to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Collaborating with various departments to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Providing support for resource-related projects and initiatives.
