Assembly Line Production Worker
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team on 1st and 2nd shift. No experience needed Learn new skills on the job; we provide all necessary on the job training. Roles available in assembly, hand and robotic welding, and CNC machining.

First Shift: 7AM-3:30PM Monday-Friday

Second Shift: 3PM-11:30PM Monday-Friday, with a shift differential


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Regularly prepares, inspects, places and positions parts and assemblies
• Follows verbal and written work instructions
• Ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
• Frequently moves boxes and parts weighing up to 40lbs at waist height
• Train and work in various areas of assembly in response to production demands
• Positions self to monitor equipment and access, retrieve, and place parts
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time
• Attention to detail necessary to follow quality standards
• The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer)
• Keeps accurate records of production quantities and time
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment
• Maintains equipment and tools in good condition, report equipment malfunctions
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Regular attendance required
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be able to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally lift 40lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• Painting experience automotive or manufacturing
• Manufacturing experience
• CNC operator experience
• Welding experience

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

• Exposure to loud noises
• Exposure to outdoor temperatures
• Frequently moves boxes and parts weighing up to 40lbs from machines to carts
• Positions self to monitor equipment and access, retrieve, and place parts

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
