INSURUS/ SBHIS Insurance Services is an insurance agency dedicated exclusively to helping Medicare beneficiaries find the plan that best suits their needs.
The Office Administrative Support will oversee and administrative all aspects of the Phoenix AZ Office. In addition, works collectively with agents and supports the teams' efforts in achieving Customer Satisfaction, revenue generation, and achieving long-term goals in line with company vision and values
Develops relationships with agents to assist them in any sales issues or concerns
Serves as a key company liaison with all agents and key departments within the company and Health Plan carriers.
The ability to plan, organizes, and adapt.
Handles inbound / outbound calls
Provide in the field problem solving.
Develop, grow and maintain relationships with medical groups, provider and community contacts
Assists in office inventory by ordering marketing materials, supplies or services
Complies with Medicare, Medical, and state sales, marketing and enrollment requirements
Comply with Medicare, Medical, and state sales, marketing and enrollment requirements
Ensure positive and effective relationships are established and maintained with Customer, employees and sales agents.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Salary:
$ $22.00 per hour
