Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Manage incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring all customer needs are met with attention and care.

Job Scheduling: Accurately and promptly book jobs, manage the dispatch board, and ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Communication: Build lasting relationships with customers through transparent, open, and interactive communication, enhancing trust and loyalty.

Information Management: Provide precise, valid, and comprehensive information by effectively using the tools and methods at your disposal.

Sales and Service Goals: Achieve personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, contributing to the company's overall success.

Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints with suitable solutions and alternatives, following up to ensure issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve future services.

Standards Adherence: Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to meet or exceed company standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. (Experience not necessary)
  • Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Superior communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience with Service Titan is advantageous.
  • Bilingual capabilities are beneficial but not mandatory.
