Information Management: Provide precise, valid, and comprehensive information by effectively using the tools and methods at your disposal.

Sales and Service Goals: Achieve personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas, contributing to the company's overall success.

Complaint Resolution: Address customer complaints with suitable solutions and alternatives, following up to ensure issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve future services.

Standards Adherence: Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to meet or exceed company standards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role. (Experience not necessary)
- Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with Service Titan is advantageous.
- Bilingual capabilities are beneficial but not mandatory.
