- Collaborate closely with our travel management company to secure bookings for Victaulic employees, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
- Take charge of coordinating meeting and event logistics from start to finish, including but not limited to, gathering initial information, setting timelines, managing attendee lists, and overseeing all logistical aspects such as audiovisual equipment, transportation, catering, and dcor.
- Serve as a central communication point, effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including hotel staff and vendors, to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a customer-centric approach in all communications, ensuring all attendees receive timely and accurate information.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills in overseeing the logistics of meetings and events, ensuring each detail is considered and executed to the highest standard.
- Ensure an exemplary employee/traveler experience by proactively addressing and resolving any issues, maintaining our commitment to high-level service.
- 3+ years' experience in travel, meeting, and event planning
- Strong understanding of meetings, events, and hospitality technology and proficiency in industry-leading travel and event management platforms, such as Concur Travel and Expense instances and CVENT.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the business.
- Excellent organizational abilities, including the skill to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a keen attention to detail even under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with particular emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, to produce high-quality documents and presentations.
- A resilient and adaptable demeanor, capable of making informed decisions swiftly and managing stressful situations with grace.

Position Summary
