Job Summary
The Installation CYP Director provides oversight for all installation Child and Youth Programs serving up to 550 children from ages 6 weeks to 18 years.Provides administration operation technical direction of the CYP which may include CDCs FCCs SACs YPs CYES to facilitate identification of childcare recreational educational supports services options for authorized patrons.,
Qualifications
- Mastery knowledge of principles child youth development designing managing exceptionally complex programs includes safety security disease prevention employee training Page developmental appropriate activities parent involvement facility management.
Must have bachelor degree higher Early Childhood Education ECE Child Development Elementary Education Special Education concentration ECE Home Economics early childhood emphasis Child Care Administration related field study four years specialized experience managing supervising facility-based child youth programs OR combination education experience education must include courses child-related field total minimum higher level semester hours four years specialized experience managing supervising facility-based child youth programs.
