The Traffic Engineering Project Manager will:
- Provide oversight for delivering capacity and signal warrant analyses, traffic studies, signal timing optimization, traffic modeling and transportation planning projects.
- Lead the development of scope, schedule and budget for sub tasks within large projects and standalone projects.
- Track financial aspects of your assigned projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreedto scope, schedule and budget.
- Interface with client and/or clientfacing teams to coordinate delivery of a successful project.
- Support business development, proposals, and other marketing activities.
- Demonstrate extensive experience conducting public participation, agency coordination, transportation planning and programming.
- This position could supervise EITs and Junior planners to support ongoing team development.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum 2 years project management experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- MS Office and MS Project experience is required (Access experience would be plus)
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture is a must
