Description
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years' experience preferred in setup of CNC lathes, CNC horizontal milling and CNC vertical milling machine
- Experience with reading and editing G Code will be expected
- Strong understanding in blueprint reading and geometric tolerance interpretation
- CNC programming is a must
- Must be able to work in changing environments and adjust to competing demands and ability to deal with frequent changes
- Knowledge to identify and act on continual improvement of processes, tooling and procedures
Responsibilities:
- Operation, loading parts, proving programs, operating controls, set offsets, deburring when needed and inspection of quality parts
- Interpret drawings, manuals, specification, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts
- Detect equipment malfunctions and tolerance machining issues
- Communicate with management, production, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments and to resolve any machine or quality issues
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Pay:
From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:
- Machining: 3 years (preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Wittenberg, WI 54499: Relocate before starting work (required)
