We are currently seeking a Health Care Management Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on nursing home cost accounting to join our team at KATHARINENHOF AM SCHWARZEN BERG as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Entering resident and billing data into the billing system DAN
  • Billing of nursing home fees for fulltime care services and expenses
  • Communication with relatives, legal guardians, health insurance companies and social welfare agencies
  • Debt management
We are looking to fill this position with 35 to 40 hours per week.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or a degree in Health Care Management
  • Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting/nursing home cost accounting, ideally in nursing facilities
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially extensive knowledge of Excel
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of industryspecific billing software is an advantage
