Join us as a Continuous Improvement Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in shaping our operational excellence.


As a Continuous Improvement Data Analyst, you'll be the backbone of our performance metrics, harnessing data from various sources to provide actionable insights.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with business leads to ensure the timely production of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and support our data-driven improvement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Gather and report data from multiple sources and sites.
  • Develop and analyze trends in performance data.
  • Create comprehensive reports for both internal stakeholders and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to pinpoint opportunities for enhancements.
  • Manage the production and analysis of KPI reporting, focusing on Safety, Quality Cost, PPM/Return Rate, FTQ, OTD, RMAs.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of automated reporting systems.
  • Support business leads in data analysis to drive improvements.
  • Continuously enhance the quality and efficiency of production reporting.

What You Need to Succeed:


  • A minimum of a High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 35 years of experience in data analysis/reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with MS Access and Word.
  • Experience with MRP systems, preferably Epicor.
  • Exceptional analytical and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player attitude.
