DRG is seeking an IT Field Technician to join our growing team

Starting Wage $25-35 per hour based on qualifications and experience, plus overtime pay

What will you do?

  • Provide enduser support both remotely, over the phone and onsite.
  • Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves problems with:
  • POS, credit card terminals and kitchen hardware.
  • Streaming Radio and speakers.
  • DVR systems, cameras, and microphones.
  • DT Timer, OCB, and DT headsets.
  • Digital menu boards and any new technology we roll out.
  • Other new technology yet to be implemented
  • Coordinates the timely repair of equipment covered by thirdparty support vendors.
  • Produce well written plans, procedures, documentation, and communication to Above Store Leaders.
  • Setup computer software and hardware for new/existing staff, including new user accounts.
  • Maintain complete and accurate software/hardware inventory.
  • Manage daily PCI-DSS compliance focused tasks such as account terminations and log analysis.
  • Create, update, review and resolve Help Desk tickets.
  • Additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
  • This list is not all inclusive.

What Skills do you need?

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, effective strategic planning and organization, and ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Selfmotivated and capable of working unsupervised.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to interact with support staff, restaurant personal, above store leaders, and customers as required.
  • Must have the ability to adapt quickly to changes in technology, as well as the ability to learn new systems and equipment.

Are you qualified?

  • Two to Three years Help Desk or I.T. Experience Preferred.
  • Must pass an MVR and Background Check.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and insurance.
  • Willing to have a flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
  • Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds.
  • Physical ability to perform work required. Included but not limited to climbing ladders and working on equipment in awkward positions.
