We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate
• Collect specimens for laboratory testing
• Assist with patient mobility and transfers
• Monitor patients' physical and emotional wellbeing
• Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and their families
• Assist with medical procedures under the supervision of nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of an accredited Nursing Assistant program
• Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Knowledge of basic physiology and medical terminology
• Experience in dementia care and memory care is preferred
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (Cerner, eClinicalWorks)
• Ability to perform IV infusions and spinal taps is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
