Assist the Psychosocial Program Director to:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive programs and services to meet the needs of clients
  • Provide leadership and supervision to program staff
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
  • Monitor program outcomes and make necessary adjustments for improvement
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in program management

  • Possess a minimum of a high school diploma or a GED
  • Knowledge of mental health and a passion to work with adults living with mental health diagnoses
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite


While this job has a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, there may be times where weekend availability is required in order to meet program needs.


Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
