Responsibilities
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Order processing; invoices, packing slips and shipping labels
- Place purchase orders and interact with Vendors
- Enter new shipments into system
- Process Shipping labels via UPS or USPS by Shipstation
- Able to provide product info to customers efficiently
- Process returns and exchanges
- Database Management via Excel Spreadsheets
- Inventory management on all platforms
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Resolve officerelated malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Additional duties may be assigned based on the needs of the business
Skills
- Proven experience as a backoffice assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills
- Excellent Verbal Communication and Writing Skills.
- Computer/Internet savvy; very comfortable utilizing the Internet and website navigation
- Outgoing Personality and Collaborative team player
- Motivated and Quick to learn, be able to multitask, and work independently
- Bilingual is a plus
- Working knowledge of office equipment
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problemsolving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
