- Experience in a role involving the administration of government contracts or compliance activities
- Knowledge of U.S. Government OCI contract regulations, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
- Ability to identify and assess the impact of regulatory changes on the business
- HS diploma or GED
- Experience working in a large corporate environment
- Experience with using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with training development and presentation
- Experience in corresponding and negotiating with DoD and Civilian federal agencies
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking, business judgment, and problem-solving

Provide advice and counsel to senior business leadership on substantive contract compliance requirements across the contract lifecycle, with a primary focus on Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) risk mitigation.
Provide guidance regarding the company's operational risk management process and support the contracts organization's policy activities, compliance training, and communications activities.
Maintain records and case management documentation for compliance and risk discussions.Establish and implement company best practices and procedures for compliance risk identification and management and work with other members of the team to establish standards and analyze or streamline existing processes.
