Are you interested? At our location in Minden, we are looking for a commercial employee in the service department for administrative tasks at our client.

This vacancy is to be filled through direct placement.

Here's what our client is looking for:

  • You will receive service requests in the corresponding IT system and process them
  • You will handle return requests and issue corresponding credits
  • You will invoice completed service assignments according to specifications
  • You will maintain customer master data in SAP
  • Updating the inventory of service technician vehicles is also part of your responsibilities

What you bring to this position:

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • Your professional experience in the service department, ideally in coordinating technician assignments, sets you apart
  • You have good communication skills in English
  • Your high level of customer orientation and organizational skills shape your work style
  • Finally, you convince with your good user knowledge of SAP and Salesforce
