Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for placing interim managers.
  • You will identify potential companies through targeted market analysis.
  • When actively approaching companies, you will present our service portfolio and identify the appropriate contacts within the company.
  • You will be responsible for acquiring new interim projects and successfully filling them with suitable freelance candidates.
  • You will conduct telephone, virtual, and inperson interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and advise them on new interim projects.
  • You will leverage synergies and work closely with colleagues from other locations.
