As a global ministry, we are seeking a Christ-centered Full Time Print and Merchandise Coordinator who is called to be part of our team and skilled to help increase Faith Lifes global reach.
If this sounds like your ministry calling, keep reading to see if were a matchIn this role, you will serve as the point of contact for our outside vendors and other projects.
Job Responsibilities:
Working with VendorsCommunicate project details with various vendors. These projects include mailings, books, products (CD, DVDs, USBs) clothing, signage, and handouts.
Get pricing and timelines for all fulfillment projectsResponsible for working with vendors on proofing, identified problems, changes, delivery or shipping date, etc.
Complete purchase orders process before placing ordersResponsible for placing project orders with vendorsReceive and review proofs prior to forwarding to creative teamReceive and confirm final pricing from vendor and approve invoicesPick up projects from various local vendors, as neededInspect projects upon delivery and ensure delivery to the correct internal departmentResearch new vendors that can expand the various capabilities for ministries at FLC/FLNWorking with Creative DepartmentCommunicate printing specification requirement for vendorsCreate back off schedule for various projects based on vendor requirementsConsistently follow up on projects to ensure deadlines are metSupply various options for design such as types of paper, various printing processes, binding, folding, etc.
to help achieve desired results at the most economical priceManage all communication between the Creative team and vendorsResponsible for receiving and filing hard copy samples of all projectsResponsible for reviewing and archiving all digital proofs for all projectsWorking with Data Processing / Business OfficeRequest various mailing lists and event codesCommunicate bad address reports from vendors to Data DepartmentCalculate cost per unit and enter into databaseReceive instructions concerning mailing list and communicate with print vendorsReconcile postage statements and monitor fundsSubmit Postage request based on upcoming projectsSubmit and monitor purchase orders prior to placing ordersMinimum Required Qualifications:High School diploma or GED2+ years of project coordinator experience
