As the Director for Assisted Living, you will learn amazing ways to learn love, share love, give love. As a director, you will oversee the operations of our 70 unit Assisted Living/Memory Care Facility. You can evaluate and create the most appropriate and unique staffing models specific to our residents' needs. You are keenly aware of the significance of activities, socialization, and dining as it relates to Life Enrichment.

You can discern medical need from life need to build an environment of care, free from the feeling of institutional care.

You embrace the concept of the "universal worker" and remove all barriers that might be tied to a job description vs just doing the right thing.

All hands and hearts come together for a common good.

Bridging the Gap of care.

You know what this means. Assisted living is meant for those that need a little extra help. You understand how to promote independence without compromising dependence.

The beauty of a Campus of Care inherent to a CCRC is the access you have to the medical professionals supporting acute care, and activity professionals promoting socialization events in Independent Living.

Establishing levels of care and evaluating them monthly assures that we all agree the care needs required to the seniors who rely on us.

You gently direct our seniors through a continuum of care, alleviating fear of the unknown.

You understand the importance of hands on management and are willing to jump into the day to day to fully understand and support the operational demands of the position.

If you are a Nurse Leader, that is ideal; but we welcome all applicants with a background in Senior Care; and particularly, Assisted Living/Memory Care.
