What the Counsel Will Do

  • Negotiate and draft master subscription agreements, and other types of agreements with customers in support of U.S. Sales organizations;
  • Partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes;
  • Team up with inhouse attorneys to obtain any required approvals from internal stakeholders and optimize support to the business; and
  • Assist with improving standard form agreements and legal processes that scale globally.
  • 2+ years experience negotiating and drafting agreements
  • Practical business judgment and a keen understanding that the business teams rely on your expertise and efficiency to "close the deal"
  • Wellspoken, persuasive, and concise written and oral communication skills
  • Highly responsive, client serviceoriented attitude
  • Strong desire to take initiative and work independently, when needed, to problemsolve effectively
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in the technology industry
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast and demanding work environment
  • Ability to quickly establish and consistently maintain collaborative working relationships with internal clients and Legal team colleagues
  • Sense of humor a plus
