- This position offers flexible part-time to full-time hours & $13-$16/hour based on experience & flexibility.

- Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
- Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and understanding individual's needs and goals
- Articulate communication to all visitors via in-person, phone, email & text
- Maintain educational & professional growth
- Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
- Engage in meaningful solution based and relationship building conversations
- Maintain club appearance in/out of studio and esteem
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready management software, Club Pilates App, Digital phone systems, and Social Media Communication
- Excellent communication skills via in person, phone, text and email and social media
- Ability work under pressure and manage time to complete tasks
- Must have very proficient computer skills
- Occasional travel may be required (Local Networking/Grass Roots Events).
