We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Educator / Specialist for Integration (m/f/d) for our Kita Heerstraße in Berlin-Spandau.

Our Kita offers 160 places for infants and kindergarten children in 9 groups. Here, children can play and explore freely, or simply relax and take walks together. As an integration Kita, we promote values such as tolerance, consideration, and openness from an early age.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the daily activities of the Kita
  • Promoting the individual development of the children
  • Assisting colleagues in planning and implementing projects and outings
  • Maintaining a strong partnership with parents in terms of education and upbringing
  • Contributing your own ideas
  • Actively participating in the development of concepts and quality improvement processes
As a Specialist for Integration, your responsibilities will also include:

  • Supporting and caring for children with increased or significant support needs
  • Creating support plans and managing development documentation
  • Communicating and working closely with external institutions (Child and Youth Services, Child and Youth Psychiatric Services, etc.)
  • Maintaining a strong partnership with parents in terms of education and upbringing
  • Contributing your own ideas
