As a Safety Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees at our headquarters and engineering department in Berlin.

You will provide support and advice on all matters related to occupational safety and health, including analyzing work systems, assessing potential hazards, and setting safety goals.

Additionally, you will conduct safety inspections of new and existing equipment and processes, taking into account ergonomic factors. You will also regularly inspect work areas and provide training and education on accident prevention and health hazards. Other responsibilities include developing measures to promote employee health and supporting management in conducting accident analyses. You will also participate in international audit programs.


Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or safety engineering
• Experience in installation and construction, preferably in the elevator industry
• Certification as a safety engineer or additional training as a safety specialist is required
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to continuously
