- Operating Room nursing experience is required.
- You will define, develop, and monitor standards of patient care and nursing practices
- You will ensure availability and appropriate allocation of human and material resources
- Support successful collaboration between nursing, physicians, and other disciplines to achieve desired patient care outcome and department strategic plans
- You will coordinate towards the overall operations of assigned units and the provision of resources
- Facilitate optimal and cost-efficient patient care delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 25+ years of service may be considered in lieu of education agreement
- Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
- Washington State Registered Nurse license (RN)
- Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in professional or technical role/function preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The starting pay for this position is $129,767.00 and the pay scale is $129, $180,161.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
