Look no further and apply through our career portal We are currently seeking a motivated intern to join our dedicated and strong team for the winter semester of 2024/2025.


Your tasks will include participating in the day-to-day operations of personnel development and serving as a point of contact for training topics.

You will independently plan, organize, and evaluate internal and external trainings. Additionally, you will work on personnel development projects and use your creativity to plan and organize training measures.

You will also have the opportunity to actively shape training projects, including highlights such as the engaging onboarding week for new trainees.

You will immerse yourself in the world of training management, including research and participation.

You will have the chance to choose from various project proposals and even design your own HR project, with the option to bring your own ideas to the table.


To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in human resources, business administration, business education, social economics, psychology, adult education, or a related field.

You must also have completed a mandatory internship of at least 5 months as part of your studies.

We are looking for someone who enjoys new challenges and working in a team, and who is capable of working independently and in a structured manner.

Strong communication skills, initiative, and reliability are also important qualities for this position
