- Assist Project Management team in managing a construction project's process and procedures.
- Prepare and track GC Preliminary Notices, Insurance, Builders Risk and Payment & Performance bonds.
- Coordinate with government agencies to obtain permits.
- Prequalifying subcontractors for compliance with company policies.
- Maintain contracts (Prime & Subcontracts) and project tacking logs.
- Data entry for venders, subcontractors and subcontracts (Sage / Timberline experience a plus)
- Continuous communication with Project Managers and Superintendents.
- Document control management for construction drawings and specifications including printing plan sets and maintaining current set of drawings for subcontractor use.
- Assist with coordination between field and office.
- Obtain project close out documents as required and archive them.
- Maintain construction project files, electronic & physical, throughout life of the project.
- Manage all projects logistics as directed by the Project Managers.
- Communicate with Client's construction team.
- Ensure Client's needs are met in a timely, cost effective, customer service-oriented manner.
